Great image Love it......... Hugs Susan~
Great capture Bill and very appropriate. Neat and tidy and showing its age gracefully - just like me - at least I think so lol!! To answer you question- no. I went there for two weeks and stayed in Chitre, Herrera province, Peninsula de Azuero. I travelled to some of the places with friends that are from there. It wasn't very hot (at least not for me), they call it winter time in July and refer to our winter as summer, it is their dry seasom and the temperatures are somewhat higher. Just don't drive - at least not in Panama City - I was so glad to return the car in one piece. Also in certain parts of the city the crime rate is very high. I will post more pictures from Panama when I come back. Thanks again Bill!
never been to his house but this is cool shot of a house. wonderful shot of it
I love the even, regular slates ... after all this time! The foundation looks like it's in great shape. You know, a little paint and maybe some heavy wallpaper, and I think this place could be good to go! LOL! Happy Birthday, Sig!
a super old place
What a place! I'm fascinated by the underneath..just think what might live in there!
Lovely shot Bill and a great deal of fixing to be done by the look of it.
Great shot be a little drafty in the winter though but a little TLC and a buck of so and who knows..
Wow that must be really old cool pic.
I really like old houses photos... This is a beautiful one!
I thought this was Maine! lol Great shot Bill, I'm sure Sig will love it.. Wonderful Birthday Dedication.. Happy Birthday Sig! Rob
Interesting scene...
Great capture of this awesome old house!!!
Very cool capture and a great gift for Sig a little bit of TLC and who knows?
Amazing, really!
The perfect birthday gift, LOL! I might suggest a large bungee cord around the outside to hold it all together...it looks like it's seen better days, but it does still sort of have a roof. It can be used for firewood if nothing else, right? Great find and shot!
Beautiful old ruin and a great dedication to your friend. Happy Birthday, Sig.
Dez-Rez, could be nice :o)
Great looking old place; at least for the condition it's in. My only question is how do you always know everyone's birthday?
Near shambles on a formidable foundation in this cool capture, Bill.
Just a bit of TLC should make this quite comfy! Happy Birthday to Sig!!
These old house must have a lot of history and stories to it. Nice shot. Aloha
Might be a bit windy inside, but I would love to live in one just like this...where the boards fit a bit better.
excellent
This must have been very well built! Tides of time have washed over it, Clive
Anybody got Bob Vila's phone number?? A delightful photo, Bill! Looks great! Hey, a little paint, a bit of plywood, and a boxcar load of nails, and she'll be good as new! :-D
I'm always fascinated by aging ruins like this. Nice capture of all the fascinating textures going on here!
A beautiful autumn capture Bill and yet a sad scene to see an abandoned home. Nice POV to look into the window and out through the roof.
Looks like it could have been quite the 'des-res' at one time.Obviously no takers after "Jed struck oil and they moved to Beverley.....Hills, that is". :-)
