Description
Somewhere far to the south in the heart of the moors:
"Well...look what the rats dragged in," she said, rising from her throne. Her 'pet' suddenly appeared out of thin air beside her seat with those hideous razor-sharp teeth, drooling and hissing as Mog approached. "What brings tha great Mog ta my 'umble abode? Last I 'eard, ya could' nae stand the sight o' me." Ursala sneered at him, baring her fangs.
"Can' ya not make thet disgustin' thing go 'way," Mog gave the dragon a withering look - however, it wasn't phased. It knew Mog hated it and enjoyed intimidating him.
"Nay. I can not!," Ursala replied haughtily. "I repeat - what brings ya 'ere, Mog? Do ya need ma 'elp er somethin'? I ask cos ya ain't big on social calls - just droppin' by fer a visit ta chat me up or nothin'."
"I was wondering if you'd care to join me in a small vendetta."
"Let me guess...'is name is Gwidion mac Finn." Ursala laughed. "I 'eard what 'e did ta ya." Then she laughed some more.
Mog growled at this news. One of her scouts must have been in the area when it happened. Damned shadow-walkers. He dismissed it though with a an arrogant smile and a wave of his hand. "T'wasn't nothin' really. As ya see, I'm in fine fettle ma dear Ursala."
"I ain't yer 'dear' anythin'. I could'a been, but nooooo. Don' gi' me thet crap, Mog. Why should I do a thing fer ya? Bet ya was botherin' 'is sister ag'in. Eh?" Ursala rolled her eyes and made an unpleasant face at him. "Ya don' git outta 'ere, I'll fry ya masel', ya two-faced, arrogant little...." The rest wasnt very nice, as she pointed to the way he came in. "Out! Now! Or I will. Yer on yer own, Mog. An' don' ya e'er set foot in 'ere ag'in!" Ursala raised her staff at him threateningly. "NOW!"
"I'm goin'. I just thought...."
"Thet's yer problem, Mog...ya don' think. Ya act upon yer impulses o' the moment." Her arm came up again." This time the end of her staff was in his face and it was beginning to resemble a serpent just a little too much. "And you'll walk out - none o' this disappearin' act...cos I don' trust ya."
"A'right...a'right...I'm goin'!" He heard her dragon hiss at him again as he got out of there as fast as he could.
She turned and scratched the dragon's chin, "Ahhh, me poor Gillie - don' pay 'im no mind. 'E's a right pig."
*****
Ursala is the NYX figure with some morphs by me. Her face doesn't look like this. She's quite pretty, really. The set is 'Mort Augur' from DAZ with mostly orange and green lights. Ursala's outfit is 'Val Suranian Priestess'. Mog is stylishly dressed in 'Wild Hearts Wildenlander for M4'.
Thanks for looking and your comments dear friends! It's Friday! Yay!

Very powerful character and composition my friend, excellent colors, loved the green and yellow tones, the image is really excellent, spectacular dialogue, very well done again!
Kinda Kewl that SOMEONE is giving MOG what fer and Ursula's pet alonside as well ... almost makes yah feel sorry fer him. Almost...lol I love the lighting in this gives the right dark yet haunting moodiness the piece calls for. In other words is aptly underlines the dialogue here. Wow--does ANYBODY, besides Mog, like Mog? LOL
I hate that guy. Excellent scene and chapter. Event the underworld wont help him, that's perfect. Love all the elements including the drooling dragon. Mog's wearing the perfect haughty outfit. Great render and the lighting is excellent, love the combination of oranges and greens, very sickly.
LOL! A wonderfully whimsical scene, Rayvn. Love the humor and the character development. Bravo!
Before I even read I can tell this is going to be grim just by the abundance of that aweful shade of green, the dullness of the light, and the smarmy look on Mog's face. Now on to the read. Good on the dragon! Torment the F,,,er! Good on Ursala for giving the lout the boot. Maybe one down but I have a feeling it is not over yet between them. I like how she knows, she is not only powerful but she knows things and uses them to advantage without having to do a physical strike.
Fantastic work !
