Wonderful shot. Don't think there is any war buildings or the like left in my town. They knocked down the last bit a few years ago now.
Yeah the same problem occurs here, but they are still around if you know where to look...and don't mind the smell of pigeon poo!

Looks like the set used in The Marx Brothers film "Duck Soup" for the military headquarters. I bet it was a tough proposition getting the lighting right. But, it's a success! An no pigeons in sight! Good job in itself! Keep up the good work! :-)

I understand - there wasn't a lot of light it there. Still a lot of textures and details in this shot.
Looks like some of the old coastal artillery installations still lining our coasts...most now turned into state parks. Makes for some neat exploring.
