Description
Here's a lovely little lady - Nixie, the Autumn Faerie! She loves to decorate, and uses her Fae Magick to turn all those leaves to brilliant reds, yellows, oranges, and reds. As you can see here, she seems pretty pleased with herself for the bit of magick she's conjured up!
Now, if I could just get her to rake up all those leaves in my yard.....
I've composited Nixie into a photo I took last year in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. I did a bit of fiddling with the image in Photoshop to make it look more like night. Nixie was rendered in PP2012. I used a point light for the lighting on her face.
Although she would probably deny it, Nixie's Magick was a bit of fun with Apophysis.
Thank you so much, Lil' Sis and Rob for letting me play with this delightful little lady! You'll see more of her as we're still in the fall season!

It's a good one Rod. Again you show the magic touch of putting your character into a photo and really good job on making it look like a surreal night shot. Point lighting is great and the magical effects are really cool in close up. Overall a beautiful work to be proud of.

I love this photo background - pure magic and so suited for her! My dad just mows the leaves into the lawn with his mulching mower. Seems to do the trick, unless you have way too many trees!
