We had mostly grey and misty weather today, but we also got a little glimse of the sun. Now it is already dark, as the wintertime began last sunday.

Yes, you are right! It's touching! Very good capture!
Excellent shot. Fantastic details and beautiful colors.
POOR Helle! Horrible to have bad nights, just when you think you might get some relief. This is a shot of a seriously prickly stem, my arms very nearly bleed just looking at it! And yet the rugosa roses are So beautiful in bloom and so very hardy.
Wonderful composition and capture! :)
Fantastic clear and beautiful shot.
These leaves are wonderfully protected by all those thorns. It sounds like the daytime is far better for you than the nightime...maybe you should just not go to bed:) Hope this pain leaves you very soon.
A lovely refreshing shot Helle.

Well seen Helly.
Splendid composition and colors my friend
Cool find Helle!
Gorgeous light, and a beautiful image!
The light and the green colors (different green colors, too!) are so perfect in this and I love that contrast between the thorns and the softer leaves. This is an incredible find. I don't know what kind of plant this is, but I would be happy to see more of it! The light has a nice quality also. It makes me think of a walk on a misty day with only the sound of footsteps and maybe a few birds and water dripping off of leaves. I love that feeling and this photo makes that feeling so strong and comfortable. Brilliant work.
A splendid shot, dear friend. I love all the spectacular details on it. Hoping for better nights to come for you ♥ (and for me also ;-))
Excellent capture.
Excellent capture , Helle ! Splendid colors and lighting !Great deatis ) ! I hope you are well today and pass a good Sunday!
We live more South.. a few plants in my garden are still blooming such as Hydrangeas and Verbena bonariensis. You showed very well how plants sometimes seem trying to survive. One leaf in a bare plant sais it al
Beautiful photo ;o)))))))
This is beautiful! Wonderful colors, detail, and light. I love the way the light leaves have stepped forward (figuratively) and dominates the scene. They seem to be pushing forward and saying, "Look! We're still here!" Superb detail and lighting on the leaves and thorns. Excellent shot!
