Description
This is still New York - January 2011.
I stayed at the Intercontinental on the corner of 8th Avenue and West 44th Street - just one block off Times Square. I love the reflection of the city in the building across the street!
Thank you for visiting my gallery and for your lovely comments and favs on my last upload "New York, New York".
Hugs

It is a very nice room. I should be too high up to look out!
Perfect hotel room and perfect view :-)))
No need for burglar bars...! Super reflections, Clive
Love the reflection as well Carin. Stunning capture. God Bless.
Must have cost a pretty penny for that room, they charge extra for a view. ;) Beautiful POV and composition to this capture! :)
And room with a HUGE bed! lol Great view, excellent shot.. Rob
Well done - those reflections are great.
GREAT ROOM AND VIEW!
Hope you got a chance to sit and look out that wonderful window...day and night. Your photo is clear, crisp and so well composed...as always:)
Well, for pity's sake. We stayed in about twenty different hotel rooms while we were on our trip, and I think I took pictures of one of them. When we got to a new hotel we'd be so tired we'd just throw the bedspread on the floor and flop down on the bed for half an hour. Pictures? LOL! No way! Now I can see what a photo op I missed. This is outstanding! Such a nice room, and the view is terrific.
delightful
Swanky! That was the first word that popped into my head...I love swanky digs! This is an excellent room, excellently captured. I love your eye for color and it shows here and this shot pops with color, shape, reflection, and rather surprising relationships...so many shapes to behold and explore and they imply nice nooks and crannies. This is really super work!
wow, what a view! (can you see through those reflections?) bed looks comfy too
Fantastic photo.
Excellent capture and shot , Carin !
Who needs art on the wall when you have that kind of view? Beautiful!
