Description
The wheel says, "Kilbourne & Jacobs Mfg Co Columbus OH U.S.A."
This is part of a small mining car in a lovely park in the old town of Unity, Oregon.
How do I know it says Kilbourne & Jacobs? I have a picture of the other wheel. :D

Very cool shot, Tara
wonderful looking
I love the wonderful, warm tones of old rusty things. And the bright red leaves just make it all the more delightful! Super capture, Tara! Man, it must be great to just go on a nice long photo expedition like this! I really missed getting out of town as we usually do in October. :-( Gorgeous photo!

Wonderful image of American iron from the days when we still made things.

I like the way you composed this Tara!
I applaud you for your historical research! And of course your take on this iconic symbol of 19th century mining. We could have just driven right by this little park...glad Mandy and I needed a break:)
