Description
Out the window at 60mph, somewhere in St. Louis, Missouri.
St. Louis has a lot of old brick buildings that are falling into disrepair, and I tried to shoot as many of them as I could as we were whizzing by. SUCH character!

The bottle does look interesting...not sure what can be done with old buildings in areas filled with them.
great foto, I like those brick buildings too.
Fantastic shot.
I like the spectral bottle..very surreal!
Awesome snapshot and I do like that bottle alot. Looks as if it was very cool. I get thirsty. :)
A Drive By Shooting Shot then! ;-) And a very good one.. No blurring, excellent.. Well done on the quiz Tara (and Bill) ;-) Thanks for having a go.. lol Rob
Very beautiful and yet very sad
real papparazzi stuff Hun! LOL... Great catch at that speed! Well done. Ek mis jou so baie! xxx
Tara I'm sorry I keep missing your posts...gosh, You have such awesome shots and I love seeing them. This one is also very cool...nice photography!
A 'For Sale' sign, boarded up and broken windows, a faded soda bottle. An excellent capture of approaching urban decay. No more lemon lime.
Vess! It's been ages since I've had any of that! What a shot! It's funny, if it's an old brick building in Chicago, one of two things would happen to it. Developers would move in and turn it into lofts or it would be torn down and an ugly thing would be erected in its place, only it would have the name of the building that was torn down, for commemorative reasons or something like that. I much prefer the loft idea as the building would, at least, have some kind of new life. And as for this shot! WOW! Quite crisp and sharp for a whizzing by shot! Really well done. Oh, and Vess...I'm gonna go looking for some! If they even still make it.
Superb capture for a 'drive-by' Tara! sigh Vess.... Wow, how long has it been? I love these old brick buildings - they have a certain character very lacking in these new, shiny glass things.....
Super photo!!
Such clarity and focus for whizzing by in the car at 60mph. Having a camera in hand while on long drives does make the time go faster too. Now I'm going to go off and have a case of chauffeur envy! ;P
