Description
This is the first in a series of streetscenes I shot while spending a few days in London this month.
They all explore themes of perspective, always visually and often metaphorically as well.
London is a wonderful part of the world for some gritty works, especially in the eastend and dockside... but this one is from Soho.
Caught these two blokes in a narrow and crowded Kingley Street late on a Friday afternoon. Probably on their way to a postwork pub crawl from the look on their faces. I loved the way they were happily going against the flow, just enjoying each other's company and the anticipation of a pint.
Shot with a Nikon Coolpix S9100 point and shoot which is perfect for fast grab sneaky shots of people!

Good to hear from you, Roxy. Wonderful photo and story to go with it. I agree with Rod. You're as good with a camera as you are with Poser. Cheers!
I had to double check this was you :) Thought I had clicked the ebot from Hendesse instead. Excellent capture. I do look forward to more.
