Looks like he's a pretty busy fellow! What a colorful group of birds! It'a amazing all the different colors and patterns - they're all in thier Sunday finest! LOL! Great photo of these colorful chickens, Bill!
Very cool capture and great birthday dedication to Denise
I'm jealous now! So many women, so little time, and they're all younger than me with prettier hair....

Aww, thanks so much Bill! They're all lovely, and I can just hear the clucking and cooing sounds... What a beautiful (if not terribly smart) bunch of birds!

He's got quite a harem here. Great shot. Happy BD to Denise.
A super capture of this brood, it brings back memories for me when I used to have chickens.
Every one of those hens was just beautiful, and I think there was only one duplicate of breed. Posing for a still shot, they look like a bunch of chickens! LOL! Moving around, they were like a kaleidoscope of feathers and clucking. They're so pretty!
Beautiful pic.
Nice shot...
OHH GOSH! A bunch of pure wonders. Chuckling and babbling so cosy. I just love this shot. I will pretend its for me WOO HOO LOL! !
No wonder he looks proud!!!1
Beautiful photo. Such diversity in color and shape. He must be a very happy, satisfied rooster. Photo brings out a lot here. They are eating, he is standing aside. Keep up the good work! :-)
wow there sure are a lot of them, nice capture.
wonderful work
wonderful colors smile warm hugs, Linda
lord, the flash & your composition & your handling of color make this seem like a big sensuous gathering of exotic, lush throw pillows. It's really a riotous shot, for all its quiet and (surrounding) dark; and the way they just push their way into the feed---they look like fur-balls all balled up in a mass! A truly enjoyable shot, love the colors in the intense flash-lighting (I realize the sun wasn't helping), and Big Shot is caught like the Leader looking over the brood...I love this piece. Fun and really quite beautiful. Happy Birthday Denise! This is rich like her work for sure...
Very varied group of chickens and I notice that Big Shot is letting his ladies eat first. Classy guy! Dana
A belated Happy Birthday Denise.. What a brood! lol Great shot Bill, my Dad used to keep chickens once.. That was.....fun! lol Rob
