Description

Hi everyone I've been loosing myself in painting recently, it is always my best medicine. But hey I was missing you all so when I digitally painted this little puppy dog which is a repaint of the little dog that is in my freestuff, I thought of you all. I know how much you all love animals so it was right that this pic should be a dedi for you all, and a thank you for all the support you have shown me, I do appreciate it so very much, you are all special to me. This little Havanese puppy dog was one I bred a few years back called Bobbin, is just part of a much bigger digital paint that I shall upload next. I painted the picture using a Wacom intuos3 tablet and pen and Adobe CS4. I wish you all well and hope you like my painting, take care, hugs Jane xx P.S. He is so adorable, I feel a bad attack of gushing coming on. I love his fur and eyes. The detail and curls of his fur, and the way it shines is just gorgeous. I love the expression in his eyes. He seem to be saying, "You know I love you, right? Everything is okay, right, because I love you sooo much. Um, can I not wear the pretty collar please?" Beautiful detail, textures, and colors of the wood and cushion. Excellent work Jane! I love it!

This is exquisite! It's funny, but I look at this little ball of happiness and I'm immediately reminded of a cat I once lived with: a rather efficient mouse-catcher with an odd habit of "climbing" horizontally across the lower portion of a sofa...she did this under the influence of catnip. Cats are weird...they want you to think they're elegant and mysterious, when in total truth, they're incomprehensibly eccentric at times. Anyway, this little puppy reminded me of that cat, Natasha, because of the black and white, that neat white blaze and an expression of innocence. The detailing is absolutely superb; I can tell its a painting, but only in looking at some details...you've rendered this little pup that perfectly. I love your color choices too; the red is so eye-catching but comforting and warm; I adore those wood tones and woodgrain textures too. WOW! It's really cozy! And needless to say, I look forward to more.
