Description
My friend Croc is enjoying the sunshine alongside the Chobe river in Botswana, Photo taken from a little “safari” boat.
The Chobe National Park is in the north of Botswana, and famous for its elephants, but in the river you find a lot of crocodiles and hippo’s!!!
We made in May 2011 a trip through the southern part of Africa ( RSA, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia) .
Thanks for viewing, and your lovely words on my yesterdays posting, a special thanks for those who earmarked the image as favorite; comments are always welcome.
Have a very nice day,
Henk

Wow, don't want to meet him anytime soon.
Excellent capture and clartiy. Sort of enjoying the sun
Rather you than me---nice capture though
AMAZING!!!
I'd rather see him on the bank than in the river if I was on it, lovely capture!!!
Superb capture my friend. Not an animal which I would like to meet eye to eye. God Bless.
excellent capture !! ...like to see the hippo's too :)
when you see these animals do you believe in evolution and Jurassic Park, great shot! RS
I know this croc it lives in The Hague Zoo. ;) Nah just kidding. This is great. It's wonderful to see animals in their natural setting. I've never been to this part of the world but I imagine you would want a loooong lens! Great post.
SUPER shot/photo! Q: What do CROCS and MEN have in COMMON? A: BOTH have BARELY 'evolved' over CENTURIES! WINK
Wow! What a crocodile smile! Great shot :)
It's the smile that invites you in!!! Excellent shot.
