reminds me, i need to water my planter, har ,har, got one just like this.
Interesting shot of the dissipating plants, Jock, trying to stay alive despite being neglected. As a single guy, this is the main reason that I grow only succulents, which hardly need any water.
A fine shot of these neglected plants.
...or Nurses ! (true story !) ~Cheers~
Cool and mood shot... great atm!
When there is more love of softening things dating my friend, it should put in plastic or paper lol Anyway the original post. Congratulations and many thanks for sharing ((5 + +)) Quand il n'y a plus d'amour de fréquentations les choses ramolissent mon ami Il devrait en mettre en plastique où papiers lol Mais bon un post original . Bravo et mille mercis de partager ((5++))
I prefer no plants in the house dead or alive.well seen Jock
Maybe they are there from when he wasn't single and he keeps them to remind himself why he should stay single. ;D Great capture!
Great pic JOck, and maybe if he would take care to develop beauty around him he could attract a mate
Way to funny. Great capture Jocko!!!!
yes this was his wife and after she left the flowers came to be like this
I liked Kim's comment. This guy should not be allowed to buy any plants Jock. Definitely not a still life. Dana
Very fine capture Jocko, loved the lighting, wonderful and tasteful image!
Soon those plant will change in coal lol
It's called water....try it sometimes...you'll be amazed at the results....lol... All jokes aside...This is very impressive still life Jocko!... Better get my butt in gear and do some catching up..... I'm Baaaaaack!...........(smiles) -Will-
There are a lot of dried up single old men out there! This photo reminds me of them. Great photo, Jocko and excellent narrative!
I'm giggling now. Recently I visited an elderly man who loved gardening and spent most of his time out back on his shaded patio admiring his garden. Every flower in it was silk or plastic - not anything alive or requiring care other than to hose the dust off once a month. Great shot and the Chia Pet laying on its side is priceless.
Hey, I have two plants like that but the dead leaves are still on mine, so every Fall it kind of looks okay. Sadly, I do not have a dead Chia Pet though!
Very nice. Get plastic plants, you just need to dust them occasionally Jock!
I feel like that plant after a long challenging hike....thirsty. Interesting capture. Aloha
Very nice capture!!
This is exactly what happens to plants I bring in! But then I always anounce them as "Dried Flowers". ;)
A sad and fascinating photo...
Fantastic title for this Jocko. The picture conveys sadness for the guy living there but if you live with it you don't see it as others see it!
A great illustration of a dessicated life. I'm no good at house plants myself, but I can't keep the dead ones.
Awesome shot.
the flowers are so dry ... a house ... but beautiful single 'Still Life'!
Magnificent shot my friend!!!Bravissimo!V:DDD.Hugsxx Whylma
a lot can be interpreted into this one.loneliness, surviving etc............
