Description
As I was rooting around in the veggie patch, preparing the soil for Spring (1.9.) - aha, our Spring, that's what I'm talking about - in our upside/down world! when I came across this weird and wonderful root organ ?
Maybe it's the root of all evil ?
and what to do with it ?
any thoughts ?
just possibly arithmetic in nature ?
~ROOT MEANS SQUARE~
but never me! - I experimented with the crosshatch filter and found the solution -
methinks I see thee !
Do you like ?
Cheers *BB* aka Brigitte

Me likes it! Very much! Nice work, fantastic texture! I love your experimental imagination! Great work, Brigitte!
Looks like some hairy lizard. Well spotted and captured Brigitte.
Wow the twists of nature superb different !!
A marvel of textures you've captured so handsome in the picture. A very special natural wonder, here shown admirable. Creepy hands and feet, and nails should also be cut.LOL It reminds me of a voodoo doll. If so, then burn. right to the stake of all evil. It could help a better world if you let it perish by fire. Hugs, dear Sis ;)
Holy $%&!! It looks like a mummified mandrake! The wierdest and most exotic in your back yard, a photographer's paradise! Cool capture B!
Great shot! Looks very interesting!
Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!
looks really cool !! great effects too !!
looks like some alien creature dying slowly in our atmosphere
superlative work
AHA! definitely to be done away with before any harm comes to you!!
Awesome capture!! Looks to have arms and legs. Maybe the remains of an alien creature!! LOL!!!
Sun bathing can be harmful to your skin...see, this poor fellow stayed out just a bit too long and now, is all crispy ! The postwork effect makes this scene even more freaky, wonderful capture, subject and result ! ~Cheers~
Creative work!
an alien? a terrific capture, really
Very interesting shot !
Well all the best comments have been taken so I'll just say EEESH! I think I'll let you handle this, it looks like it might bite. Very weird looking, especially in zoom. Fantastic work with the filter.
Nothing like a good filter to bring out the best in things, I often say. Tons/tonnes of awesome textures in this stellar image of what could be a previously used voodoo doll, Brigitte!
I love the title of this interesting new critter you have found in your vege patch. Makes me wonder what you have been using for fertilizer and if you will unearth its mate at some stage. The filter gives it a very spooky looking finish. An excellent find and a great story and I definately would burn it in the fire as I'm sure it will make a great flame.
How alien-looking. Great find!!!
Methjinkin yer stepped on a lizzrd!
huuuuu strange looking but harmless i hope;) wonderful postwork in this and great object, well done Brigitte!
Wow, looks like a little creature... cool capture my friend.
Lol. Looks like you dug up more than some roots. Creative underground work, and awesome capture.
Half lizard and half bird - I would be sleeping with one eye open. :>) Cool find and share. Dana
Great root and capture of it! Maybe it is the Root who rules all the roots? ;o)
Now you have a true alien, from the fifth planet of the Rootarian system. Judging from the protrusion on his shoulder, I'd say this is a male and a bit of a stud among his own kind. No idea what he's doing in your veggie patch. Cool find and postwork! Great detail and textures.
Wicked looking!
