Description
Hi friends,
This is a shot from a few month ago.
I don't know if this is a grasshopper or cricket.
But he's at least on a flower of the Rocket-flower.
Kniphofia - Dutch: Vuurpijl.
I hope you like this 'boy', or 'girl'(?).
Wishing you a very nice day further,
greetings from Mies.

I call him grasshopper!! Looking at ya!! :)
Fabelachtige foto, Je verwacht een mooi bloem en dan nog een sprinkhaan. Erg scherp voor te zien en je ziet zelfs klijne haakjes op de poten van het dier. Enorm.
He has probably turned green with envy, because you liked taking a picture of the flower, rather than him ... hmm take care Jacomina, BB
Wonderful capture, Mies very handsome/lovely bug
Very cool shot! Looks like a Katydid. The Long Antennae suggest that anyway. Well done.
Great close up portrait- thanks for sharing! :-)

Such a cute image, wonderful grasshopper, loved the colors and details, magnificent work!
Super contrast and POV. Because of the short wings - it is hard to tell. Love the photo! Dana
