Description
Another portrait from Critical Massive.
This man was one of the people who had an art installation on the midway. Done only with two-by-fours, gravity and friction, he created a long, low dome. No fasteners.
Amazing work!
I've got another shot of him with a big smile ... I'll post it later, once you've had time to forget this one. LOL!

a well lived in face
Love the 'mouldy' old hat but those eyes are hiding a dark secret!! Great portrait Tara.
A very unique individual. :)
Great portrait! :)
Interesting face, and distracting ears, ha ha!
I LOVE that hat, and he looks quite an imp!
He looks quite happy :-) Funny things in his ears :-D
there's a bit of mischief within those eyes and smile Great capture
Looks like it would work as a full B&W pic.
WOW! I love that hat. I think they wear hats like that in Agara, but I'm not sure...I'll have to ask around. The whole picture is marvelous and I love the muted tones. There's color and life, but it's nicely softened and that makes the picture feel dream-like! And I'd love to know this guy and actually see some of his work! Friction sculpture...wow! When I first read that, I had a different image in mind...I imagined him sculpting friction itself rather than making sculptures utilizing friction...and now I've got the inklings of a concept that will probably work its way into something! We'll see! This is a superb shot and quite a handsome portrait.
What an interesting face he has; wonderful portrait work!
Great portrait
Very cool portrait of this man!! Happy eyes.
Nice portrait of this smiling man Only thing that throws me are the post of the earring in his ears.... Other than that...I think he is a cool cat Hugs Susan~
excellent portrait of him !!
his eyes match the smile as I keep on staring wonder what is up too warm hugs, Linda Kaye
Nice portrait!!
Very expressive portrait!
As the saying goes, 'Ruggedly Handsome'. This is a fantastic portrait but I can't decide about the subject. Sensitive artist or serial killer? Perhaps both?
That face just overflows with character! It was fun to meet him later. Fine portraiture. You have the perfect approach that sets up the person for outstanding results.
Just tons and tons of personality showing through in this delightful portrait, Tara! You do bring out the best in your subjects! Excellent, my dear friend!
very wonderful
Very nice portrait.
A massive ghost obviously :))
