Description
The image I always associate with Pike Place Market is the iconic Pike Place Clock, and is famous as a tourist attraction, but once inside I realized that it's a busy, vibrant, thriving and fully functioning market place where people are actually buying and selling every day. I guess they don't call it a market for nothin'.
After leaving Pike Place Market I just wanted to go home and cook something.

How neat! I like the larger image and how you can read all the diff names of the shellfish. Great capture!
Hope you bought some of the great seafood before you went home too:) Love the signs.
Great shot, one of my most favourite places to go when I visit seattle- thanks for sharing! :-)

I know the feeling, and I hate to cook! LOL! We're a bit too far from the market to make it practical to shop there for food (and I wouldn't enjoy taking fish home on Sound Transit!) but it's a great place to wander!
