Music to play while viewing this pic;-)
...Andrea (durleybeachbum) has posted several pictures lately employing the Photoshop "Plastic Wrap" filter. Andrea's stated purpose is to come up with the look of a painting done with acrylics.
...so, Andrea, here's my "Plastic Wrap" effort.
...I thought of titling this "Plastic Man" after the fictional comic-book superhero Plastic Man,...but decided otherwise.
...the man in this photo is sanding floors in a brand new house in preparation for installing hardwood floors.

A nice sandman looking like covered in jelly. How can he work like that? :b Exciting effect :-)
I love how his shirt looks like it's soaking wet. You and Andrea are inspiring! I might have to give this a go.

I did some of that . hard word.
An excellet use of the plastic wrap filter, Bill! This looks soooo painterly, and the use of selective color really adds punch! Very creative, my friend! Can't imagine what you'd come up with if you ever decide to tackle Poser! LOL!
Hey Bill, that,s a funny place to be listening to his music from!!! Great shot.
Jellybean man! It must be the vibrations that have done that to him! It would make a great poster about the dangers of prolonged use of powertools.
Excellent work.
Wow Bill, I love seeing all these new idea's from you & Andrea!!!!
Man alive! that is one SERIOUS Elvis hair-do.... :-) I was going to mention were he appears to have the power cord plugged in ( a true pain in the a%$e) but I'll refrain...very nice if unusual effect, makes me wonder what the true purpose of this filter is (or is this it?)Interesting post, a bit of PS education.....and that's a wrap!

HA! HA! So VERY cool Bill and so very special as I've seen these guys myself! It sounded very awesome! I can tell you, maybe a tad toooooo loud for you though... lol The picture, a clever use of painting effects mate, good work on this.. If you try and go near a house being built in the U.K. they scream at you and call the Health and Safety people.... like you are an 8 year old! Good one! Rob (Rosy says Hi to both of you.. lol)
