Description
A blue damselfly that I 'stalked' a while back...
Feeling a bit 'blue' too - work keeps me far too occupied these day - still, at least they help me put food on the table!
Thanks for all the comments - I will catch up again!

a very beautiful insect!!!! FANTASTIC shot!!!!!
FANTASTIV CAPTURE BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Wonderful pic..get the balance right though, Clive! You should only work to feather the nest and feed the chicks, not for the corporation.
Excellent macro!! Yeah that's the nature of the beast - work that is.
Great capture Hugs Susan~
Fantastic capture.
beautiful
Wonderful shot! The vibrancy of the colors is outstanding and the clarity is spot on. Well done.
Wonderful color and composition, and I love that dof. Nicely done!
Positively iridescent! A very satisfying macro image. They also helped you buy a very fine camera:) Know your feeling well. I've enjoyed three working lives...military, sales and finally teacher/trainer/mentor. I saw work swallowing me up on at least three occasions...stopped, reevaluated, reoriented priorities and stepped off smartly once again but with a lighter step each time.
these is hard to get as they fly all the time and rest rare
We got them here too - they look like small blue tie-pins in the sun. Very nice shot.
Well done Clive this is another brilliant capture. Hope you get through your blue stage soon.
So beautifully lit too!
A stunning capture. I agree with Bmac. We are just to occupied with our work and life is a rush every day of our lives. God Bless.
fantastic macro !! like the colors from this...
