Description
After a real windy night, I'd found this little surprise package - on my usual morning rounds of the garden - a piece of old bark booby-trapped on top of the Agave.
What a spectacular sight in my opinion and so crafty!

A nefarious act, indeed! Stellar clarity, colors, lighting effects and textures in this closeup, BB!
ASTOUNDING IMAGE
Very well spotted and that is quite a lethal spike that plant has. I hope the bark rests in peace. An excellent capture.
That's an interesting find- great way to capture a rather odd circumstance in nature!
Very glad you saw this...makes for a very interesting photo.
Excellent!
Sure this is a great find, and a splendid photo-shot, Brigitte. It looks a bit like a modern art statue. As if nature has made a statue, or a Planquette, a memorial of something for you, LOL. I find this is great art in a way, the decoration of a plant. Hugs, my dear friend!
astonishing image!
Hey Brigitte, would say abstract art! Amazing find and so convenient for a good pic! i love to do the morning walk through the garden, have a look in my little world, it is like meditation!
Interessant.
Nature's sculptor. This would look great reproduced in metal. Superb capture.
Marvelous capture by you and the Agave! Beautiful light, detail, and textures. I love the contrast between the texture of the bark and that of the Agave and the point sticking up. Excellent shot!
