Description
OK so after months of planning and very stressful changes of plans, I finally did make it to England! Three days before I was due to leave, the nurse I had for my son had to cancel on me (for the second time) and left us in quite a bind. My family pulled through and insisted I still go. So thank you to them for their help in taking care of Justin! I wanted to dedicate this shot of the plane I arrived at Heathrow Airport, London England in to Ian aka 2121, for one speciffic reason...lol Ian it is COLD here! hahaha Ian told me there was going to be a nice heat wave the week I am here, so I packed accordingly! NOT! lol Just teasing you my friend...I am just happy its not raining (so far)so we can get loads of pictures! Thank you for the click, comments, and fav's on my previous post.

Oh, Rose, I'm soooo glad you got to go to England! If anyone deserves a wonderful break across the pond, it's you! Glad your family stepped up for you, my dear friend! Hope you and Rob have a delightful, exciting, and WARM time! LOL! You know we'll all be looking forward to lots of photos, my friend! I'd love to visit England someday.... We did get kind of a visit to England today, in a way. We just got back from seeing the Princess Diana exhibit at the Kansas City Museum venue at the old Union Station. All my best to you and Rob!
Wonderful that you got to England. Is this your first trip to Europe? It's kind of a bucket thing for me to be able to travel just once across the ocean. Hope you have a great trip.
Very happy that you have a chance to relax, Rose Great capture and enjoy your visit
Finally, after all that aggravation and uncertainty, Rosie, you finally made it to jolly old England. Hope your stay is both exciting and restful, and that you take enough photos to justify the trip. Rob can take you to the Tower of London, Number 10 Downing Street, Piccadily, Big Ben, Old Vic, the Thames, Scotland Yard, and perhaps some air and auto shows. And you'll be able to drive on the left side of the road. And, 2121 is 110 years from now.
Lovely snap of your big bird Rose, glad to here you are out and about and kudos to your family for making it so it could happen. I wish you a pleasant time there and that you enjoy every minute of it.. Have a niece that lives in London and she seems to enjoy it there immensely.. Have fun my friend and hope we see lots of captures of your time there..:-)
Great shot of the plane Rose, and hope you have a wonderful time
How exciting! You're finally there! :D I hope you have a fabulous time and get to do at least a tenth of the things you'd like to do. (That would be a good percentage ... trust me! LOL!) Big hugs from both of us to both of you. HAVE FUN!!! :D

Oh! Looks almost WARM here! ;-) Having spent the night sprawled across three seats! The two of us were a bit stiff and knackered! But, young Rosy, your excitement carried us through, until we could go no more! Glad you are enjoying your long overdue break.. More to come, and hopefully, if Ian has not got the weather wrong (;-)..) more sun! lol Good shot, I'd be pleased withy that one! Rob x
