Description
This beautiful sculpture of the Buddha in a classic meditative pose is located in San Francisco's Japanese Garden. My father, who could be quite irreverent, referred to it as 'Stop, Pay Toll'.

Irreverence is one of life's delights. Beautiful image and great title. The lighting is superb. It brings out the intricate detail of the halo and lovely patterns of the lotus blossom. I also like the shadows of the leaves and of his left fingers. Excellent shot!
