For Dave and all those in Joplin, Missouri that were affected by the storms and tornados last night. Please keep them all in your thoughts.
Update:
I have had a few of you write to me and ask about Dave. He has commented to this post so as you can see he is okay. I did the dedication for Dave and the town of Joplin and for the destruction and loss of life it has suffered, including one of Dave's friends. thank you all for your comments and concern I will pass it on to Dave. :)

What a beautiful image of this little duck/goose (?), it's either asleep or cleaning itself ... you don't see a pose like this very often and that what makes it so special, Lynell. BB The sad news has also reached our shores, it's one day us and another day someone else - times are tough - but we humans are a resilient lot, there is just no other choice.

A super capture but oh dear what dreadful news about Joplin with so many killed and such awful destruction. I'm really glad to hear that Dave is safe but he will be mourning the loss of friends.
