Right up his alley!! Looks like one of those old coin holders, but I'll bet it's not!! lol
many thanks my friend... superb
I'm thinking wooden siding or roof tiles? Well spotted, a great compo!
I think it is the side of a house Great capture
Don't know but great abstract !!
Just for a flash I though giant waterlilies and then NO!
The protecting surface of a wall ,may be? Excellent shot Tara!
WOW! SO beautiful and well captured Tara :-) Perfect dedi for Arthur. !
Interesting image! :)
Circles and shadows, and textures, oh my! Just delightful, Tara! So, who's roof were you standing on?? LOL!
Excellent abstract picture!
Fascinating image.
First glance I thought 'waterlilies', I can't think what this is from. I wish you a very happy birthday too.
Whoa!!!! Now that's weird! I'm not quite sure what it is but it makes for a good picture! Well done Tara! AND Happy Birthday! Rob
A spectacular view, what is? I love the color
Let me spill the beans...wooden shingles on a Victorian style house near the Cape Blanco Lighthouse. Love your reinterpretation!
I love this. At first I thought of water lilies and then scales, and then other things, including some kind of house-skin. The green is wonderfully intense and so alive. The light/shadow action going on in this is really nice, just like the textures. And now there's this other part of my brain playing around with this image and wondering if it could serve as the inspiration for an alien city of some sort. Imagine whole bits of planet surface covered in this kind of stuff (only big) and well...needless to say I'm having a load of fun with this image. I love the title, and it's a great dedication too! Fantastic. And I also wanna say a big, giant, extra-super-duper-king-size Happy Birthday to you! I hope you're having a blast.
Lily pads for sure. This shows the benefits of getting up close. An ordinary wall becomes food for the imagination. A wonderful image, Tara.
I`m unsure but I will be coming back to find out! Happy Birthday!
Wow! What an amazing shot! When I first saw it in thumbnail I thought it was a collection of lily pads or some strange plant I'd never seen before. Roofing? Gables? Tiles? Particularly groovy alien spaceship? Nice find, and a great capture.
a place to sit on top of the roof to watch and stare the colors green warm hugs, Linda Kaye
