Description
Been playing again ...
Tree branches, cattails, heron, and people in boats are my own photography.
The environment is a combination of some stock photos I've had kicking around from when I was doing a lot of 3-D work, although none of those images had anything to do with landscape. They were texture shots of metal, along with some pebbles.
Having a ball! :D

this is super look like a painting
Beautiful work! This makes me wish I was going for a canoe ride tomorrow but that won't happen until it is a lot warmer.
This is some seriously superb work Tara. You must be about layered out by now, but the results are mind boggling. The overall feel is of Vue or a painting.
I'm blitheringly speechless--this is SO awesome!! I see about 5 different, separate fotos that just knock my socks off. This ROCKS, girlfriend!!!!
Marvelous work!!
Wow, this turned out really good :)
Nice work on this Tara, very well done!!

It makes a lovely image Tara.
Fascinating,Tara! It is very exciting to see what's possible in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing, like you!
W-o-w! This is postwork in the extreme! Fantastic realisation of your dreams and mind's eye, Clive
Ah yes. Very creative. As I watch you do something like this, it gives me lots of ideas. I really like the 3D look you've achieved and the suggestions of things not photographically here, like the "river"... Amazing what can be done with the abundance of tools in Photoshop. More, more:)
Another wonderful creation; you are so talented at this! Well done!
Yeah, I say MORE too, This is awesome Tara. Isnt it amazing what we can do with these programs ?? :-)))
Glad you're having fun and it shows in the delightful images you've been posing

Excellent work! :)
Super looking nice work.
Really good and unusual work !
Superb composition.
Tara, this absolutely ROCKS! Wow! I love this image - it has a wonderful painterly feel to it, and yet.... It has a delightfully surrealistic look, but in a realistic way - if that makes any sense... It's easy to see you had a great time putting this together! Superb!
Beautiful, that heron looks a bit like the great blue that's been living in the pond behind my house and eating all my frogs. He's so pretty, but ome mosquito time I'm going to miss those froggys.
I love how you have done this wonderful scene the textures are marvellous and make a great effect. I hope we see more of these.
Beautiful work.
Just like a painting.. Really impressive.. Not sure I have the hands (or patience) for it! Impressive! Rob
WOW this is so cool warm hugs, Linda Kaye
Stunning and a beautiful result, Tara!! Like a painting, really wonderful.
Awesome work Tara! You are so talented.
Looked at both the black and white and this colored one. I like this one best. The middle ground is clearer for me in color. I like the tree branches. They add depth and complexity.
a wonderful painterly feel to this marvellous composition
