Captured back on 8/7/08, in the early morning, somewhere within walking distance of my haut monde hovel.
Better viewed full size.
Update on my post eye surgery status: the eye is better as far as the swelling is concerned, but not visually progressing as hoped or expected at this point. The opthamologist says he'll check it out in three weeks for a further determination. Until then, I'll just have to wait and see what happens (pun intended).
Sayonara, thankx for tuning in, and for any and all favs and complimentary comments.

This beauty makes me think of lemon marangue pie. Boy would I like a piece of that about now. The backlighting makes for pretty view of the petals.

This is a super capture of this beautiful rose with its lovely cheery colour. I'm sorry to hear that your surgery may not have had such a good result, but it is early days so it may improve. Good luck.
Hang in there Harry. My wife's eye surgery was December 8th and progressing. Still some discomfort but 7 eye drops has finally dwindled to none. This shot is beautiful and a burst of sunshine. Dana
