With the fine corporate buildings by Rpublishing I guess I found the right ingredients for the spacko-university-campus.
all the studies are free on spackoine of course,we find that it will be cheaper to educate for free than to build and maintain correctionnal centers and facilities and raise psychos.
and yes we see that each and everyone gets his meals for free as well.
