Description
With the fine corporate buildings by Rpublishing I guess I found the right ingredients for the spacko-university-campus.
all the studies are free on spackoine of course,we find that it will be cheaper to educate for free than to build and maintain correctionnal centers and facilities and raise psychos.
and yes we see that each and everyone gets his meals for free as well.

ya might have something there, free education to keep the jails empty - hmmm? you gonna run for president? LOL
wonderful scene!
Cool scene!
Very impressive! A huge University, does it get many foreign students? It looks like it attracts an excellent quality of students. How's their graphic arts program??? Well done, you make it seem almost like a photo with people walking around, cars, just as if it was a very real street scene!
Nice scene Rene!! Good idea the free education but you will always get the down and outers.. Yep could do with that here at Uni.. Guess what... on planet earth they are dummying down the kids and if as Angel says you can get them home schooled that will save the governments millions, no more school buildings to build or maintain, no teachers to pay.. no equipment to buy etc, Wow maybe save them billions not millions which they can use to fatten their own pockets.. Love the No Kids left behind yeah right!! each at the slowest kids level and they can all be dumb..
Dude.....You Rock!...What an Imagination!!
Excellent scene, great idea, free education! I'm sure in the long run it would be more cost effective than give away programs.
Fantastic scene superb work Rene !!
