The Northwest in fall and winter.
...one day gray skies, low clouds, sometimes light rain (some call it dry rain - no umbrella needed).
...next day this!
...here we are looking from Picnic Point (2 miles from our home) west across Puget Sound, over the Kitsap Peninsula at the Olympic Mountains. If we drive around those mountains we come to the Pacific Ocean.
