Description
While in St. Augustine, Florida, we did visit the Lightner Museum which had a Koi pond. My first thought was Holly (Erestorfan) and her own Koi pond that must be frozen over for the winter. This is a huge golden Koi – twice the size of any of the other Koi in the pond.
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments.
They are very much appreciated.

Lovely colour, my nieces partner has some beautiful Koi!!!
Great capture.
GREAT SHOT
Fine capture of the koi, apparently swimming atop a seemingly abstract and ethereal background, Dana.
Oh Dana, thank you!! This is a gorgeous koi!! Yes, sad to say that there is ice on our koi pond, although it is a thin layer. It it rather neat as the ice is so clear it's like looking at the koi through glass. They are not moving much at this time of year, being in a sort of semi-hibernation...so I envy you enjoying a koi pond in warm weather. Thank you so much for thinking of me when you saw this pond!! I truly appreciate it!!!
like the koi shot dana, nice capture.
