Description
Ultra cool mode of transportation.
Captured 10/24/10, at the 9th Annual Wings Wheels Rotors & Expo, held at the beautiful Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB) in beautiful Los Alamitos, California.
Better viewed full size.
In order to avoid any stress and strain on my arthritic knees, I used the articulating LCD monitor on my new Canon PowerShot SX20 for these shots. In fact, it's one of the main reasons I purchased the camera. Now I can take below-the-belt type POV photos without suffering the consequences.
Arreviderci, thankx for dropping in, and for any and all complimentary comments and faves.

WOW! That is one ultra cool mode of transportation. :>) Beautiful capture Harry and a fantastic ride for sure. Dana
Excellent shots of this RED speed demon, Harry!
Cool pov Harry. Nice body too. I only can imagine the sound it creates.
super wonderful
Love the sculpted lines. Hooray for the SX20...Tara has come to really love hers. I have the same type of articulated LCD on my Olympus.
Are you trying to cripple my back, Harry? Very pretty, but no good to me..can't move any furniture or carry dogs in that, and I can't STAND the sort of bloke who drives them. Also they are loud, and waste a lot of energy down those exhaust pipes you can climb into. Hope this is the rant you hoped for, LOL! Having said that, these are lovely pics!
SPLENDID shots of an awesome car !!!
Can you put a big bow on that one and over night it .. LOL hot car!!!
Whats that white glow? haha Just kidding Harry...I cleaned my glasses and its all better now ;-) AWESOME shots, I love this car sooo totally kick ass. Great job, on ALL your posts my friend!
what's wonderful about these shots is that you got the sweeping "whoosh" of the Dodge so that it seems to wash right into my living room. That top shot---do you see how much motion you captured? The car & sky seem to be one huge sweep of energy, incl the angled clouds and the reflections sweeping across the back window; not to mention the opening of the shot in the back. Whoosh. Love that take. And the bottom one is almost like a gaping gill, ready to devour something. You got the horizon on the red chrome---great choice. You've turned me onto this thing. It sweeps right into me! And I don't know anything about that LCD thing you wrote about (which bill wrote about too), but it sure sounds great. If I get a new camera, I'll look for it. Not having to kneel, squat or lie on the ground? I can barely move afterwards, I don't know how you do it...Glad you have that device, you sure got some dramatic shots with it in this collection!
love that car!
