Description
Hi...
Yep, I'm back and slightly deafer than before!
Hard Rock Hell Weekend was AWESOME!!!!!!
Took over 900 pictures! (Groans from the back!)Got close and personal with so many Rock Stars.. Many I grew up with.. Some new..
But, to sum things up neatly with a picture that screams 'Rock'!
This is Viking Skull, of all the bands I saw over the weekend, many very famous, these guys created the biggest impression and were the only one's I actually walked away from saying 'Awesome' to myself!
They were so shatteringly loud, you could not hear the singer or guitar solos..
It just sounded a constant driving express train of noise! And was bloody AWESOME!
I'm 50 and have NEVER Head-banged so much....ever!
This is Viking Skull!
And yes, those are shotgun cartridge's on his guitar strap!
Enjoy!
Rob

You KNOW I love this one Rob....Kicks Azz!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Good choice of tunes to go with it even if its not them hehe
Great shot, don't know that band, with the title I thought it would be Amon Amarth ;-)
Well done on this capture, Rob! Lots of detail and stunning lighting and smoke - atmosphere and mood - it just looks LOUD! Clive
Amazing shot!!!
huh, what'd you say, i can't hear you!! AWESOME shot, this just (yep) ROCKS!!!!!
They LOOK the part, great pic captures the atmos and conveys the fact they were 'Rocking Out'...."Marshalls on 11"
Horns up to this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stellar smoky atmosphere and lighting in this explosive image, Rob! In re the shattering cacophany at the event, can we say, EAR PLUGS?
You drove me to a wiki on this one Rob:-))) Watch out for the H&S crowd... How's your neck? In 2005, Terry Balsamo, Evanescence guitarist, incurred a stroke from headbanging. There have also been cases of people incurring whiplash from headbanging such as Craig Jones of Slipknot and it is common to experience headaches and stiff or sore necks as a result of headbanging. Oh, COOL picture mate!!!
Fantastic capture, Rob! Sounds like you had a bit of fun!
This is beyond cool Rob, love the pov here
Hello.... I say, HELLOOOO, ROB! Can you hear me??? LOL! Yup - nothing says rock 'n roll like bleeding eardrums.... Excellent photo!
