Another view of the lighthouse at Mukilteo.
Last time we were down at Mukilteo beach I spent quite a bit of time checking out angles, looking at the lighthouse in different ways. It's always a challenge to SEE something that's so familiar!

The construction is absolutely fascinating and beautiful as well as functional. Great capture, Tara
Fabulous capture and construction of this lighthouse..
very nice!!
A carpenter's AND photographer's duet:) I like it...
My eyes immediately went to the wispy clouds and their reflection. The frame of the window being a different colour and its position in the composition draw attention too. Well exposed on the lighting - as Bill says there is a duet between the sunny and shaded side too. Clive
You are SO right about that seeing business! That is what an artist does..SEES. This very beautiful compostion makes me long for a little sunshine here.
Lovely shot and how clean it looks.
Yes you are right. It is difficult to see something so well known with a strangers eyes. Wonderful shot and beautiful POV!
Beautiful shot!!!
lovely capture my friend
Beautifully constructed and an excellent POV Tara!! Have to sat though, this would not last more than 10 seconds in a storm in Cornwall, England! I've seen waves that crash over 100 foot high cliffs! Well taken.. Rob
The light seems to love this, gorgeous capture!
This is a wonderful photo, Tara! Not only for the architectural elements - which are great - but the wonderful sky as well. And the relection in the window just nails it! I like it! :-D

Good job. It is a quite nice angle, also like the sun hitting the wall.
