Description
myrrhluz and her brother in law went to Bidge City, Texas one day a few weeks ago and on the way back we took off down to the Gulf of Mexico. Of couse we ate a good lunch in Sulphur, La. first.
Anyway You come to Holly Beach and you at the Gulf. you go east to come to this ferry to cross and this bird was walking on the ferry and he came to stop on the ladder her as you see. He then fly away right after I took the shot

Nice that she waited till AFTER you shot. :) Awesome crisp capture, too!
I guess he wasn't enjoying the ride! :) Great shot Jocko!
A raven, crow, or maybe a jackdaw, I think, in this terrific shot of the birdy cleaning off its toe nails, Jock.
Beautiful details in the capture. Looks like a Grackle. Dana
He knows how to travel . . . !
I am with Dana...likely a boat tailed grackle. These are pretty birds. Good shot, Jocko. I will have to check out Sulfur if possible next time in LA.
Huh, I thought it was a crow, but I don't think the beak is right, so it must be the grackle. Cool shot in any case!
