Description
Just to take a moment, to honor our solders worldwide, for their service past, present and future. God bless them all. I chose this statue while Harry (GoodOleBoy) is doing a series on the Civil War.
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments.
They are very much appreciated.

A beautiful tribute image to all those who serve.
Very wonderful dedication to all service men and women throughout the world!
Very nice image, Dana! It's been an honor to serve for 4 years, so I celebrate twice.
Great image and dedication Dana.
Excellent period statue!
A super statue.
Great image and dedication ,Dana !
Great capture! Fine dedi! I live in Denmark but are fully aware of US' great efforts to secure peoples and peace around the world! We too have military in zones with unrest working with US - and it is always the soldiers who pays the the great prize...
Fine and fitting tribute, we tend only to have First and Second World War memorials in England, so interesting to see something different.Though it would be far better if there where no need for such things.
Wonderful dedi... Aloha
Great statue, great tribute. Armistis day here, we all wear poppies, 2 mins silence at 11am for all soldiers of wars past & present!!!
SALUTE!
Excellent capture and tribute to the Veterans! :)
excellent tribute!
Beautiful tribute to the war heros. We have Rememberance Day today as well.
bel hommage!
Exquisite detail and minutia on this statue, surprisingly done in alabaster, just like your Hearst Greco-Roman sculptures, Dana. You're the first one I encountered today on Renderosity who gave homage and tribute to all the veterans, past and present, who served in the armed forces of the US of A. And, thanks for the promo on my Civil War series. Now I'm hoping that some of the commenters above will visit it.
A lovely clear capture of this beautiful statue and a great way to remember all the brave soldiers in all countries.
