Description
Wishing Jenny a very Happy Birthday.
One of the pieces that was kept inside the mansion so it may not be a copy. Sorry that I can’t remember if he was Greek or Roman – leaning to Roman. Another scanned photo.

Actually, he just looks stoned! Great capture and wonderful dedication to Jenny!
Stellar lighting and textural effects in this pic of the sculpture, probably Roman, in this cool indoor capture, Dana.
Excellent shot of this lovely sculpture!
LOL! Faemike55! ;D Dana this is a wonderful capture of what looks to be a Roman Emperor. Excellent capture!
He is very young, whoever he is supposed to be. Excellent image.
very wonderful
Now this is what I call timeless masterpiece. See those intricate details on the hair and clothing. Quite a great capture, Dana. The angle was perfectly right, with superb lighting too! Thank you for the wonderful dedication, it's greatly appreciated! :-)
Fantastic sculpture Dana, thank you for sharing!
beautiful looking bust. love it and super dedi dana.
Definitely Greek Dana, I remember posing for this one!!! Lol. Nice shot.
Too many clothes for a Greek!
Great capture, Dana - and a fin gift for Jenny! It's a ram or goat skin he is wearing over his shoulders. I think you're right, his style and pose looks roman. Have a nice week end, Dana!
I think its Nero. Well done.
Excellent shot ! Lovely sculpture!
EXCELLENT
wonderful!! splendid dedication! The statue is probaly a Roman statue. It shows Dionysus (or a Roman Emperor playing Dionysus Bacchus) with grapes and ivy leaves on his head and the goat skin as a mantle.
I think he looks Roman, not that I have met one :o)
Nice shot.
It may be Alexander the great...he is often depicted with the ram skin over his shoulders! Great image for Jenny!
