Description
Trying to figure out what "iterations" are and so far I have no clue. I don't see any difference. Unless I'm missing something that I don't see.
Been on and off with this image for a week, so before I go any further and ruin it, it's time to post it.
If someone could give me an idea what "iterations" are I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks for the peek and have a great day.

Fantastic! Great POV! The more iterations, the more detail. But, like you, I don't always see a result. Sometimes it's fun to go in the minus. ;-) Corrie
A great big wonderful roller coaster of a ride through a fantastic city in the sky! Some formulae adjustments need lots of iterations in FE to give good detail to the image, some don't. I just keep clicking and clicking and changing and changing everything until something works.
I have already enjoyed using this parameter iterations ... thinking that I wanted to do one to N times the passages of the same sequence ... which lengthens the time of 'render' ... but I don 'I saw no noticeable difference. In programming, however, is again n times the same sequence without changing the variables, unless evolutionary algorithms contain parameters.
superb m/bulb excellant work
beau travail!
This is a really vertiginous image. It seems to go on for ever. I like it a lot, but wouldn't like to try to climb it! Iterations are the numbers of times a computer repeats an operation. Often this can make major differences to an image, but there are lots of images that seem to stay the same, regardless of the number of iterations.
fabulous!! it looks like a cathedral!
"Iterations are the numbers of times a computer repeats an operation"... So one has an iterator, the original image(or shape), then depending on the programme, one generates iterations or exact replications of the original.usually smaller in size and offset to a predefined or random direction..some generations are endless, some can be stopped at a pre defined number, IE 1 or 2. depends on how it looks and what one is trying to achieve. fun image and great POV..
excellent MB art
A fantastic and creative image !!!!!!!!
Sometimes the iterations are happening on the back of the image, so you might never see them! Great climbing wall :)
