Description
here a veiw of inside of one of the graves you saw yesterday. A lot of junk is in there. wonder what the cooking pot is for? i understand the beer cans and orange juice can and the hard drink bottle. Most likely Gin as it a drink that poor blacks around here likes. I see no bones. People around here is a lot of times burny on top the ground because of the water table around here. It just below the ground and if you put the body in the ground it will come back up. Guess the bones is back to dust now here?
Wonder how good the undertaker job is done? Do not they put stuff into the body to keep it from rotten away? I think they changeing people a lot of money for nothing!!!!
thanks for looking and comments

Poor show...very touching !
It will serve as a shelter to the homeless? Interesting capture!
Seems like that above ground style is used all over LA. I know it is common in New Orleans but I am told the grave yards there are a dangerous place to visit on your own. It is a great shot of a sad situation. Those that have died and those that will probably drink themselves to death, already in the grave. Well donje human interest shot.
Amazing view . . . !
Interesting shot Jock :)
CREEPY AND A BIT SAD
I wonder what happened to the body? Great capture!
An excellent capture my friend, a very interesting image!
It is a sad sight to see. It is not the only place in disrepair, if the cemetery is about 100 yrs. old they are usually quite vandalized and nearly gone. One cemetery here totally disappeared, and now they are trying to find it again. It is a shame. I had heard that some places such as Louisiana that graves have to be above ground because of the water table. Actually, they should be built better than this, but that's the story here. No one seems to care anymore.
I said it in the previous post that how we honor the dead reflects how we honor life. great shot, Jocko.
Great shot
Cool shot, but how macabre! Is this the desecration of a tomb, with ghouls on the loose? No sanctity here, that's for darn sure.
if dying was not enough the deceased had to deal with black mold.so many people have no respect for living, so why should they respect the dead.very candid shot
Wow...photo journalism at it's best...
Fascinating shot Jocko!
Incredible view Jock, and sad to see that it is not just a home for the dead but for those in need also.
Spooky with Halloween coming too:)
you are real graveyard freak and fetishist lol.
Hey Jock, someone must have been 'bone-idle' not to have put their litter in the bin. Nice shot.
OMG - Looks like a real carbage cellar!!! I wish you a great new week, hug’s Ute
very sad ! great capture!
You have a very diversified gallery..excellent
Great shot Jocko, but very sad too (to see what happened with the grave.)
How sad!!! Excellent capture!!!
Strange & sad!
It looks like vandals got in it for sure. What a shame. Cool shot, Jocko!!
Whoa..not a nice place!!
un abri pour sans-abri!!
Yikes! It appears that someone was doing a bit of camping in there. Strangely sad scene. Well done Jock.
This is such a fascinating shot! It brings both chills and intrigue.
