Yep, sword work is not pretty, even for the winner LOL! Wonderful job, like the "who's next" attitude!
Looks like he tried to sandpaper a wildcat's a** in a phonebooth....great work, like always, tho
Oooo.. RUGGED. I can certainly see what items I would use him with.
Holy Cow!!!!! I wa going to ask what the other guy looked like. Those wounds are amazing. Excellent work.
Fantastic!

Xcellent work!!!!
Wow wow wow, I have to agree with the first comment. Holly Gosh. what a POWERFUL image. This is very emotional. excellent excellent work!
Impressive portrait my friend.....!!!
He's looks like a CSI victim! Awesome character and i love the blood and cuts!
What a bloody mess - what a bloody battle! I DO NOT want to see the loser, the other guy, no way! So, does this mean we're all into bloody Spartacus battles? The Roman arena reborn? If so, he's definitely well textured to suit up as a Gladiator - great job!
fabulous work!! superb character and render!!
Amazing character!
Or what's left of him! Great looking character, he's been through the wringer!
oh goodness me... such an intense expression. he is handsome too... well done
wow, nice work with the blood!
And I thought I'd had a bad day at the office! Awesome textures, as always!
Hey I can't tell if the light/shadows are baked into the textures. If not, try to make a specular map for the blood so it has a lot more shine since it looks fresh.
