Description

I spotted this wooden plaque in a working U. S. Post Office. Couldn’t snap a photo because I was in a Federal Building. I want to thank the folks that helped me take this shot from outside the post office. Taken Wednesday morning. Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated. Dana

Wow, with no apparent window reflections to contend with, it looks like it was taken inside the post office. Wonderful capture of the plaque under adverse conditions, Dana!

I was with my daddy in 1960 when he bought a similar plaque at Macy's in Cleveland, OH. It hung proudly in his home and then in mine after he died until I passed it on to my son 2 years ago. Thanks for the memories...
