Hello.
New series. In New Zealand we visited The Howick historic village.
Try to make it short...
Servise man came back from war after 7 yrs(1830 and 1840) needed to settle down. The goverment promissed for them a good life. What they got is canvas tent and outside capm fire. Some lucky one mannaged to push out a bit of the 'luxury' and moved into one of these straw hut with wife and few kids. Life was hard back in those days. This is an original house as all of them what is on display in this park.
I added some grunge to give an old feel to this picture. A tad bigger in full view.

Outstanding composition, and I really like the grunge. Sorry I've been so scarce - I'll try to catch up this week. Just to let you know that the police are recruiting in the Rim, and there's lots of uniforms going. They will also give you decent shelter (pressurised, with great views) and lots of exotic aliens to subdue... :o)

Cool grunge and sepia effect in this shot of the old grass shack, Tunde, that may or may not still be standing after the awesome 7.2 Richter scale earthquake that really wracked the south portion of NZ.
