Sorry about your loss, so eloquently depicted in the photo, Tunde. At my age, I've seen lots of friends pass on, and it makes you feel like you're in a twilight zone.
Long walks... working in your garden those are two things that work for me... or perhaps visiting a place that you and your friend had visited before. Hugs to you.. and I am sorry.
i'm terribly sorry for your loss. it's a hard thing when time becomes a barrier between you and someone you care about. it hurts to be unable to stop the gulf from widening. but memories, though intangible, are very real. and people you care about become a part of you. nothing can really take them away from you.
