Description
Wagashi (和菓子) is a traditional Japanese confectionery which is often served with tea,
especially the types made of mochi, azuki bean paste, and fruits.(from Wikipedia)
Most of Wagashi of the summer are made with agar or jelly.
My favorite in this image is made with a goldfish bowl of the agar and 2 goldfish of the azuki bean paste.
It is really sold in Kyoto.
和菓子は、お茶とともに供される 日本の伝統的な菓子です。
お餅や、餡子、果物で作られます。
夏季の和菓子の多くは、寒天やゼリーで作られます。
この絵の私のお気に入りは、寒天の金魚鉢と、餡子の金魚で作られています。
