Description
.....after driving for 2 hours we got to this great beach without another person on it. There was no one around when we parked the car, and I hardly passed any cars on the way. So the question is.........where did all these thousands of footprints come from?!!!!! I approached from behind the photo so none of them were mine!!!

How odd! But I've seen the same thing in Chicago...usually when all of the people in the Temp pool have been called into work because of some big advertising blitz or something coming up! Amazing how many Chicagoans have temp jobs! Or maybe there's something in the water? Jellyfish? That might prevent beach enjoyment if you go to the beach for reasons that include swimming. At any rate, this is a fantastic shot, and I love the sense of isolation and mystery and yet so much implied humanity! Brilliant!
