Description
As I drove from Yosemite to Truckee, I passed Mono Lake I didn't see too much; it was hot and I was tired of driving, but I had to get out and take a few shots,.

This brings bach wonderful memories Marilyn and I have no photos to remind me of the "salt' hoodoos in Mono Lake. Fantastic capture and colors. Dana
What a strange effect. It looks like the salty rocks are floating clouds in the sky....what a trip.
It looks other worldly. Never been there, but it looks like an interesting place to check out someday.
Nice capture, not to much to see at that lake then lol..
Beautifully WEIRD!
An otherworldly capture of an otherworldly place! Well done!
Very nice shot! I'd love to go there. :)
Terrific dark/light contrast in this shot of the famous lake, Marilyn, and the blue of the water really sets it off.
do look wonderful
