One of those engines that sticks out the top of the hood. I'm sure there's a good reason for that, but I have no idea what it is!1

Its sticking out cause they cant get it all in under the hood lol.. no thats a air scoop on the top to help force enough air into the carburetor for the big block motor in there.. another word it sucks lol..

This beauty is running a supercharger (the belt driven bit on top) beneath the carb and air scoop. A supercharger is a form of compressor that draws in air and fuel mixed and rams it into each cylinder creating a bigger bang and hence more power...Zoom Zoom and plenty of it!
