Description
Mark is the official RR reminderer of important postings. He told me last night this would be #1800 for me; I wouldn't even have noticed!!
So, here you go, another muscle car, a '70* ( I think, I could be wrong!!) Chevelle Super Sport. My all time fave is the '66 GTO--but there wasn't one this year. Think there was a '67, but it's just not the same.
*ps, i first said this was a '66 and was corrected by far smarter car people!!
I should probably title my next shots Car Parts Show, since that's mostly what I got. This one and the first one are about the only whole shots I got!!

cool! cool! cool! use to have a 69 ss el camino. this is one of my fave cars of all time. 7++ great shot.
awesome warm hugs, Linda
Nice! You know, I knew a girl named Chevelle! I knew a guy named Caprice! I wonder if they were named after the places where they were conceived, or if their parents were just the sort of people to name their kids after cars and other inanimate objects...nowadays, people have names that sound a bit like pharmaceutical products (Levitra is a perfect example! But ah...that's a ramble for another time and it's also disturbing proof that I live in a neighborhood where such names are common!) On the flipside of all of that, this is a marvelous shot! I love the shiny quality of it, the darkened surroundings and the whole muscle car vibe this exudes: kinda like a sexy combination of car exhaust and testosterone (in that one balance that is appealing rather than stinky and annoying.) This is a nice puppy. I like it! WOW...and congratulations on hitting the 1800s in terms of posts! I look forward to at least 1800 more!
Lovely car & nice capture, well done
Shiny black following shiny red...sleek and muscular. Postwork makes the car virtually glow...cool!
Very classy picture!
excellent my friend
Great shot!
Nice! And a great shot!
Stunning work, M. I remember cars well. A couple of guys in my HS class had them and constantly circle our favorite burger drive-in with an occasional break to refuel or race.
awesome job on this .. love the post work!
Cool abstractive contrast in this shot, M.
Congrats on reaching #1800. Beautiful POV and capture. Dana
this is wonderful pov
Car Parts Show, goes with the Johnny Cash song, 'One piece at a time'! Looking at the body style this is a 70 model as the chevelle gained some curves from 68 onwards and gained a grille change in 70 so the head lights are the giveaway in this shot. Still can't beat a muscle car for 'go faster looks' whilst standing still!
Great looking shot of a great looking car! I know everybody hates a know-it-all, but this is actually a 1970 Chevelle. No matter, it's still a nice shot! Love the lighting effect post work you've done and congrats on 1800 pix!
1800??? Congratulations! Man ... that's a LOT of work! I'm with Corey on the ID ... you'd be a fool not to be! :D
Love it!!
