Description
The spokes must have corroded first ... they're totally gone.

Well, someone spoke first! Great capture
I think I could use this seat. Mines one of those narrow racing seats.....ouch! Nice shot. Aloha
I don't think its going anywhere fast, or slow. Nice shot though.
The re-'cylcle'-ing of Mother Nature. A stunning find and capture, Clive
Lol at Errol! This old bike has seen some miles--and given you some big smiles!!
Dang darn it let someone borrow me bike and what do they do leave it out where someone can steal the spokes.. Thats the last time I leaned it out..
Unspoken indeed! I love that there's a smear of rust on the rubber! I also love every element of this shot; I can imagine that there are zillions of stories here, and I wonder if an Agaran guy rode this bike at one time! Maybe. One never knows! (Isn't it funny that Agara pops up in my posts AND my comments? Pretty good for a country that isn't there!) This is marvelous, and I love the natural details. The rust makes me think of land-living coral, an interesting species, no doubt...and I wonder what stories that is likely to inspire!? This is great! I love it!
ANother awesome shot of ruaty items :-) I like it alot.
still some life left in the tyre ...;)
Full of interest and appeal, makes me wonder why it was so forgotten to stay here and rust away, excellent capture!
rust never sleeps
They don't make saddles like that anymore!
Great image but a little sad, like bleached bones. I imagine when it was shiny and new and all the places it went.
beautiful
Returned from the briny deep. Texture tells this story very well. Excellent composition.
The tyre still looks in good nick! Excellent shot.
bonne photo!!
What a find. Nice one!!
Few more years, there will just be a lonely looking saddle sitting there! Nature reclaims! Cool shooting Tara.... Rob
fantastic find .. great shot of colour and texture
Great twist of words...cleaver title. :-)
Excellent composition! Agreed, clever title..
Cool shot!!
Excellant shot and a great title.
I love the composition on this, Tara. You can almost hear the echos of lahugter and play from this bike's former life. Wonderful capture!
Another great rusty study!
seems like it fits wonderful capture warm hugs, Linda Kaye
This is cool! I love this. Kind of like the bike version of and ancient an abandoned junk yard in the desert Southwest filled with what little still remains of Model T Fords and Chevrolet 460s. Love the lighting and brilliant texture of the rust. Great stuff and slightly sad.
Wow, that's an amazing picture! That must be a very corrosive environment, because the bike design itself doesn't look all that old. Still, you did a great job on the fascinating textures and colors.
Excellent POV !
