Ahhhh Papaver somniferum aka the opium poppy! Wonderful capture of the pod and last petal to fall...
beautiful!! great title!!
Very nice capture and funny title Mies. The 'boy' looks a bit like a torero ;)
Jeetje, Mies... wat mooi is deze !
What a beautiful capture, Mies! Succumbing to the breeze. Ohh, this looks like a treat, and a little internal mental voyage just waiting to happen...lolol! Interestingly, all poppy seed (morning glory too) here in the U.S. is now chemically treated...so no hallucinogenic effects to be had. Bahhhh, humbug...:P Pssst, at least you are a happy, sweet Mies Pot, unlike the evil historical Pol Pot! We prefer peaceful Mies Pot much, much better! :)
