Description
I had not planned to post a picture today but I realized that today is a sort of anniversary for me. Exactly 3 years ago today, I created my first 3D picture. At least one I didn't delete and wasn't afraid to show to people. It was called "Three Friends" I'd provide a thumbnail here but I don't know how to do it.

This seemed an opportune time for me to thank everybody here at Renderosity. Your generous support and kind comments have provided me with encouragement to keep trying. So, Thank You very much your fine work inspires me to try harder.
The Pier is from Daz, the Brigade are Spoonbilled Sandpipers from Ken Gilliland's Songbird Remix Shorebirds Volume 3 and they are beautiful and rare.

wow you did an awesome job here especially the waves...so realistic! One thing... to add more perfection to your shoreline is slightly add a foam at the edge of the waters to the shoreline and maybe make the sand on the shoreline within a foot from the waters to appear "wet"... I do want to tell you one thing, that your waves are the best I have seen in Vue...

Hmm, excellent render, lighting and beautiful crisp but subdued colors. Your first pictures are so much better then certain others, the less said the better! That said you work now is light years away. This development, progress if you will is one of the most interesting things to watch at Renderosity.
